Bryan Alba

Attorney Bryan E. Alba practiced law in Texas for five years before relocating to California and associating with Noriega & Associates, A Professional Law Corporation.  Mr. Alba brings his experience in civil litigation to our Bakersfield office, assisting business and commercial clients throughout Kern County and the surrounding areas.  Prior to earning his law degree, Mr. Alba worked in the financial field as a tax accountant and as a financial consultant.  While attending law school at the University of Houston Law Center, Mr. Alba served as an articles editor for the Houston Business Tax Law Journal
